America Let’s Exercise (ALE) provides lectures to share the importance of healthy eating, proper diet management, and physical activity for all ages.

From performing in front of school aged kids and senior living events to teaching the importance of fitness breaks at various organizations, ALE has the goal to connect and encourage communities to stay active through song and dance.

While ALE’s programming is available to all groups, there is a concerted effort to take our programming to under-served communities where healthy living is not promoted or encouraged.
